Postgraduate Study: Apply in the Period for Filling the Remaining Available Places!

From 23 to 24 September 2025, until 12:00 (noon), the application period for filling the remaining available places in postgraduate (Master’s) study programmes will be open – including at the Faculty of Logistics.

What does FL offer?

• Study programme: Logistics Systems (2nd cycle, Master’s) in Slovene

• 29 available places for citizens of the Republic of Slovenia and EU member states

• The faculty also accepts international students (non-EU citizens), if places remain available after Slovenian and EU candidates are admitted (list of available places – PDF)

Who can apply?

Candidates eligible to apply in this period are those who:

• did not submit an application in the first application period,

• were not admitted to the desired programme,

• applied for a programme that will not be implemented or is still uncertain,

• are applying for a programme offered in the part-time study mode.

How to apply?

• Applications and supporting documents must be submitted electronically via the eVŠ portal.

• Each candidate may submit only one application during this period.

• Deadline for submission of applications and documents: 24 September 2025, by 12:00 (noon).

Enrolment

• Accepted candidates must enrol no later than 30 September 2025.

• For justified reasons and upon formal request, enrolment may be carried out until 30 October 2025.

• If a student withdraws from studies by 15 October 2025, it is considered that they were not enrolled in the programme.
