The library provides free information services to users, such as information on the material, assistance and advice on finding and using information resources owned by the library or to which it has access.
To members library provides with information services such as remote access to electronic information resources, assistance and advice for independent searches of electronic information resources, training in the search, selection, evaluation and use of information resources, and thematic searches of information resources owned or accessed by the library.
