Loan

We recommend pre-ordering material for loan via My COBISS (My Library) or by e-mail at knjiznica.fl@um.si .

Library materials are loaned to home and to library members on presentation of a student card or ID card. The loan period is usually one month and one week for non-book materials (CD-ROM, DVD). For highly sought-after material, the loan period is reduced to one or two weeks. Members may borrow eight items at a time.
Members assume full responsibility for the material borrowed. Members are responsible for damage, loss or theft of library materials.

Return borrowed materials to the library. You may also return materials to the drop box between the lectern and the library when the faculty is open 7.00 – 20.00. You can send your loan by registered post, marked “return of materials” on the envelope. Library members who are FL students are obliged to return all borrowed materials and settle their financial obligations to the library before the end of their studies. The same applies when you withdraw from the Faculty.

Members who have paid all their obligations may extend their borrowing period. You can arrange an extension of your loan period via the My COBISS (My Library) online service, e-mail, telephone 03 428 53 06 or in person at the library. It is the member’s responsibility and duty to ensure that renewals are made on time.
